This is a really nice medieval and renaissance peasant or wench costume. What more could a hard-working woman want? Maybe a second skirt? Well... we added one to give that authentic layered look. Usually the "over skirt" which was prettier and more presentable than the underskirt would be tucked up under your belt to keep it from getting dirty as you walked through the streets. Costume includes the long, natural-color, full cut chemise, lace up vest, two skirts (different colors)w/ elastic waist and a double mop hat.
